Revenue Assurance identified errors on a few sites belonging to a large national plc, amounting to several thousand pounds each. With the agreement of our Client and the customer we reviewed all sites belonging to this company. Over a thousand sites were analysed, many involving multiple meter points. We discovered hundreds of additional instances of imbalance and provided the customer with supportive evidence for each account.
Revenue Assurance were able to resolve the customers queries and supply information to our Client that corrected recurring or protracted issues relating to certain supplies.
Contacting the customer on the client's behalf, Revenue Assurance secured a full and final settlement in excess of £300,000 whilst maintaining the customer-client relationship.
