	MANAGEMENT TEAM


			Managing Director – Clive Musgrave Appointed Managing Director in July 2006. Clive has over thirty years General Management experience in the IT and Services industry with companies such as Siemens, Racal plc and ITNET plc.



			Operations Director – Rob Parsons Appointed Operations Director in 2004. Previously he was a founding Director of Retail Decisions plc, a fully listed software and services Group, where he was Managing Director of UK operations and subsequently Group Operations Director. Prior to that he was Operations Director with point-of-sale software company Real Time Control, having spent over 15 years in operations and sales management positions with Wang.


			Commercial Director - Andy Bennett Andy joined Revenue Assurance as Commercial Director in May 2007 with responsibility for all sales and marketing activity. He has a well established background in sales and business management gained over twenty years in the IT services sector with companies such as Siemens, 3M and BT.


			Finance Director - Chris Sharples Chris was appointed Finance Director in May 2008. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Chris has over 20 years industry experience holding senior financial roles in contract based Business and IT Services operating in Europe, USA and The Far East. In addition he has experience in main market flotation and sale to Private Equity.
