Imbalance Recovery and Management
We have been working with one of our Clients for over four years developing from Imbalance Identification and Recoveries for one small portfolio to a complete suite of Imbalance services for their entire commercial gas business. We discover anomalies and negotiate with consumers and the National Gas Transporters to recoup lost revenue, we highlight repetitive errors and develop corrective measures. We analyse and correct Filter Failures, review AQs and negotiate Inter Shipper Disputes.
Our performance and attitude have helped us maintain this partnership and seen recoveries steadily grow to in excess of £20million.
Collections
Five years ago we were approached to perform a small percentage of a major utility’s first placement debt collection as one of approximately a dozen agencies. Today Revenue Assurance provides the vast majority of the value of these debt collection services. Integrating our Meter Point Services offerings to take the work from phone calls and initial site visit, through collection and query resolution processes to, when required, meter isolation.
